Many thanks for posting the etiquette clarifications...wonderful resource for those of us who have been out of polite society for some time. ((OOC warning: I am wondering if we don't need something like that specifically for SL. "When a gentleman is suffering from lag and inadvertently ends up in another sim under a barn, it is acceptable for a lady to continue her walk unescorted until such a time as the gentleman can return or relog, depending on the situation"... ))

LOL! Well, actually, that is a very good point! Not quite sure how the Victorian manners apply to the virtual world, but I'm certain that some more rules must apply! (At least ones that can keep a gentleman dry)!

All a Lady needs is a good sharp blade by her side and a loaded pistol in her waistband that is a guarantee to keep at bay the most persistent of Gentlemanly rouges. Oh I forgot a bottle of sent to cover the smell of Black Powder when one has shot the dastardly rouge (and of course relieved him of his purse)
