1.26.1 Server: Owner and Next Owner permissions are reversed when rezzing objects via scripts, linking the object to the rezzor and breaking the link

However, this is not limited to script-generated items, but any items built with permissions changed for the next owner, especially while in inventory. This has been reproduced by a Linden; and by the Vicereine of Caledon and Dame Ordinal Malaprop, as Caledon has the new server code running.
