I second Bridgets sentiments, Thank you for the efforts on the new equistrian center and events. Anyone who has not yet been by should check out the facility, it is magnficent! Hope to see you next week at the Western event, unfortunatly router issues kept me away last evening.

Congratulations to Prince GiovanniBattista Orsini, winner of Grand Champion at today's Antiquity Equestrian Event. Well done by all and a great time :-).

Remember that next Tuesday we will have add a "Western Flavor" by changing the events to the "Over Hill/Over Dale" horse race, the bronc riding and Pole Bending!! Again there will be 4 place ribbons in each event and a special "Grand Champion" ribbon for the rider who places highest overall!!

Mark your calenders ...it's going to be another fun filled night!!

Just a reminder that if you want to compete with us on Tuesdays you will have to be a member of Antiquity Equestrian Group. Just see Pamus Bing or BelAmi Runningbear and get an invitation!!

Greetings! Just a reminder that we will be holding the first of our 5PM SL time equestrian events tomorrow, that be Tuesday, 11/17/09. All are welcome to attend, but only those who are Antiquity Equestrian Group members can compete. Remember to wear your group tag and try to arrive a few minutes early to register.

Wow! Yay!

We would like to thank everyone who came out to support the Antiquity Equestrians at the kick-off event in Britannica. We collected 5000L (that I know of) and some nice donated items for prizes to support equestrian parkland in Britannica and Finlanda. The auction was well attended and Eddy did a great job of coordinating the bidding and keeping it fun. Several new members joined and we are looking forward to the start of weekly events beginning next Tuesday, November 17th at 5pm SL time with great enthusiasm.

There was a minor glitch with the intersim teleport to Dunkerque that has now been corrected so getting between sims should be a snap. We have since placed an automated start/finish system for the cross country race course in Britannica and a participant registration system will be installed shortly so we can keep track of those riders who wish to compete for champion.

I had put together an all-in-one document of event rules and descriptions to send out, but SL ate it . I will compose a new one and send it out to 1800's and Equestrian Group before Tuesday.

Group Notice From: BelAmi Runningbear The members of The Antiquity Equestrian Group wish to thank everyone for their support at today's auction and open house. We raised 3500L to support parkland for riding in Britannica and Finlanda! In no particular order, special thanks to Pamus Bing, Okwaho Euler, Alexandra Lowenhart, Pegleg Gans, Eddy Cannonball, Ann Winstanley, GladysOlene Urvilan, Bridget Jennings, Her Grace Angel Magellan, Janna Harsley, Native Bigbear and Skye Qi.

On a personal note I just want to thank Bel for all her effort! She has really worked very hard to get the Dunkerque venue up and running and also to bring it artisticly up to the level that Pamus has Finlanda and Britannica!! Please come by all three venues and ride!! If you want to ride the 4 events in Dunkerque you do need to belong to The Antiquity Equestrian Group. Remember if you wish to belong just speak to either Pamus or Bel and they will give you the invitation!! Wear your tag and the security orb will allow you access to the Dunkerque venue!! It is a rude ride if you get tagged by the orb!!.

Looking to try out the new course very soon. Sorry to have missed the Grand Opening today. Just didn't get off work early enough. Thank you to Bel and Aelxandra for their hard work putting this lovely course together, and to Pamus for loaning her sim for events. All have a love for equestrian events and venues Thank you!
