Many of you will be aware that we are giving our Visitor's Centre a complete makover.

It will be located in the Library in Cove.

We would like to advertise your business there, and we ask that you forward a
FULL PERM ADVERTISING BOARD directly to the Grand Duchess, Angel Magellen.

I will be asking all those who have founded groups or those that head groups to forward an advertising board to Her Grace. (Again, to be set up at teh new Visitor's Centre.)
The board needs to be sent in A FOLDER, and needs to be FULL PERM.
It should also be accompanied by a Notecard, which describes the charter of group.
The name of a contact person for the group should also be included in the folder.
(We hope to use auto joiners for most of our groups.)

Just so I'm clear, when you say "advertising board" you mean an object with appropriate textures on it. Are there any contents you want inside the object such as a notecard with information about the merchant/group or a landmark to the store/group headquarters? Or should things like that go in the folder rather than in the board?

My reading is a separate textured object and note card in a folder (but I am sure Malibu will correct me if I am wrong).
