"Bedlam's Hull-Be-Gone" - Sunken hull auto-cleanup (SPD/TSS)

Greetings and Salutations! I have created a freebie script which I would like to provide to all who sail SPD or TSS vessels. Basically, the script listens for a link message sent by TSS and SPD ships when they are sunk, and converts the hull to "Temporary" status. This places your sunken and immobile hull into the Region Server's "garbage collection" queue, and it will be deleted automatically when the region clears temporary prims.
